Mission Statement
- The Tewecado Trust, Inc., works in partnership with The Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Poor to improve the living and learning environment for the Tarahumara and Mestizo children who live at and/or attend the Tewecado Mission School in Cerocahui, Chihuahua, Mexico.
The Tewecado Trust, Inc., provides funding, mentoring and technical expertise to support its belief that education is the key to self sufficiency in an increasingly global economy.
Take a volunteer vacation!
Join a group of dedicated friends and supporters of the Tewecado Mission School as we head to Cerocahui to meet the girls and lend a hand. The third "Tewecado Mission Trip" will be held in early November. Two options are available: November 1-9 departs from Los Mochis and includes a tour of the Copper Canyon plus three days at the school. Raise the roof
Three out of four sections of the roof at the Tewecado Mission School have now been replaced, thanks to the generous contributions of our donors. But the job isn't finished!
